Job Description
General Summary :
Serves in a critical leadership role as the ambulatory liaison across various clinic locations. Collaborates closely with medical, nursing and ancillary leadership to coordinate the day-to-day Patient Service Representative support activities in the ambulatory clinics and selected ancillary areas. Manages Patient Service Representative teams and operational functions of the assigned areas. Ensures the delivery of excellent customer service across patient access areas of responsibility. Manages the human resources and operational functions of the assigned areas. Identifies and leads performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Director and other leadership.
Essential Job Functions :
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment required. Excellent communication / listening skills. Ability to make quick, accurate decisions daily. Knowledge of medical terminology, third party billing, and managed care requirements. Proficient computer skills and aptitude. Substantial interpersonal skills sufficient to work effective with pediatric patients, families, physicians, nursing and other allied health and medical center personnel. Good analytical ability, excellent organizational skills.
Pay Range : $83,200.00-$137,280.00 Salary

The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position. Ranges are regularly reviewed to stay aligned with market conditions.
