Air Source Heat Pump Installation Engineer

Are you an experienced Heating Engineer looking to step into the renewable energy sector - with real progression opportunities? A global leader in sustainable energy is seeking an Air Source Heat Pump Installation Engineer to join our growing team, delivering high-quality installations across Central England - covering the Midlands and down.

This is a unique chance to join at the ground floor : as their first in-house engineer, you'll have the opportunity to grow with the business, shape how we deliver projects, and develop into a leadership role as the team expands.

Responsibilities

Install and commission air source heat pumps in residential and light commercial properties

Carry out associated plumbing, heating, and electrical work as required

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

Ensure all work meets industry standards, regulations, and customer expectations

Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on site

Requirements :

Proven experience in Air Source Heat Pump system installations

Relevant qualifications : NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Plumbing & Heating, F-Gas, or equivalent

Knowledge of heating system design, wiring, and controls

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Central England

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Package :

Salary £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

Bonus

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Company van, fuel card, tools, and uniform provided
