Hi Desert Continuing Care Center | California

Pay :  $46 - $48 / hour

Shifts :  7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM | 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

What You’ll Do :

• Provide high-quality care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other relevant clinical indicators
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
