The ideal candidate will meet the following preferred qualifications :

• 1-3 years minimum experience installing countertops Ability to read a tape measure and basic construction / renovation knowledge Strong communication skills and ability to effectively work as part of a team Service oriented and ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks at any given time Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, depending on the renovation job Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, physical work environment Job Type : Full-time Compensation : $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Pay is based on square footage installed and the Installer will work on a two person crew, which includes a Helper.
