Actively pursuing or currently holds a PA license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Minimum age : 21 years. Valid drivers license (PA if residing in Pennsylvania) and proof of auto insurance. Ability to pass credentialing requirements including physical exam and background checks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-management and leadership capabilities. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Team-oriented with a commitment to personal growth. Effective task execution and value-driven decision-making. Understanding of business planning and client relationship management.
Behavioral Health Therapist
Full-Time | Salaried Position
Location : Adelphoi Education West Mifflin School District

200-day school schedule (only 10 summer days, 2 in-service and 8 remote) with year-round salary & benefits

Position Overview
Adelphoi Education is seeking a dedicatedBehavioral Health Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to youth in an educational setting. This full-time role follows a school-based calendar with 220 workdays annually, including professional development and training days. Adelphoi supports candidates in obtaining Pennsylvania licensure.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain timely documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
- Collaborate with school staff, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in school and community activities as needed.
- Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties.
- Comply with Adelphoi Education policies and regulatory guidelines.
