Data Entry Assistant - Marketing

Job Summary

Medpace Business Development and Marketing is seeking a full time, office-based Data Entry Assistant to join our team. The Analytics team plays a key role in researching, analyzing and overseeing quality control of market, customer, and sales data. The position will support data quality, lead generation and reporting activities essential to driving business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting general data entry and quality control;
• Assist with pre- and post-conference preparation and support;
• Report preparation, generation, and analysis;
• Assist with lead generation by researching and qualifying high potential customers and contacts to drive opportunities and sales;

Perform market and customer research in biopharmaceutical industry databases to identify business opportunities; and

Provide day-to-day project support activities and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in a business environment with a data entry or administrative role; and

Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and applications is a plus.
