Key Responsibilities
Accesses hospital information systems to retrieve medical documents and information for hospital claims processing
Updates workflow management systems with task information and findings related to client requests
Conducts monthly reviews of client systems for payment transactions and reports discrepancies
Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required
Adherence to HIPAA requirements is essential
Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to learn hospital information systems for document retrieval
Strong organization and documentation skills for accurate record keeping
