About the Role :

As Food & Beverage Director, you will lead a talented team across our restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering operations. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, hands-on management, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You’ll be responsible for driving guest satisfaction, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring that every dining experience reflects the high standards of The Westin brand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, lounge, in-room dining, banquets, and special events.
• Recruit, train, and develop department leaders and hourly staff, fostering a culture of service and accountability.
• Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and service standards in line with Marriott / Westin brand expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales & Events to deliver seamless group and banquet experiences.
• Manage departmental P&L, budgets, labor costs, and cost-control initiatives.
• Monitor GuestVoice, social media reviews, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute creative promotions, seasonal menus, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
