Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth : Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, and nurturing client relationships.Consult & Advise : Use Navigate Power & Verde Solutions' strategies to address procurement, consumption, and sustainability goals.Build Trust : Present proposals, manage expectations, and deliver on promises for long-term partnerships.Stay Ahead : Master our product suite from energy procurement to renewables and storage; continuously refine expertise.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven Sales Success : Minimum 2+ years' sales experience (preferred) in B2B with a track record of hitting / exceeding targets.Energy Expertise (Preferred) : Experience in energy consulting, procurement, or related fields. An established book of business is a plus.Network-Driven : Strong professional connections and ability to leverage them for client acquisition.Self-Motivated : Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.Entrepreneurial Mindset : Adaptable, proactive, and thriving in a dynamic environment where earnings reflect effort.Compensation & Benefits
