About Us :

We're seeking Family Practice physicians to join our team, welcoming residents and tenured candidates alike. In our traditional clinic setting, you'll maintain a balanced schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, seeing an average of 20-22 patients daily with minimal call responsibilities (1 : 11 phone rotation). Conveniently located south of Pittsburgh, PA, and a short drive from an international airport, you'll reside in an area that offers multiple recreational activities within a welcoming environment.

Candidate Parameters :

  • U.S. Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians
  • Current residents or tenured physicians are welcomed
  • H1B and J1 visa candidates encouraged to apply

Practice Setting :

  • Traditional clinic schedule from 9 am to 5 pm
  • See an average of 20-22 patients per day with a 30 : 15 patient schedule
  • 1 : 11 call schedule (consultative phone call, no in-person)
  • Support staff includes 1.5 MAs per physician and tenured APPs and nursing staff
  • Fully equipped procedure suites on-site with X-ray, labs, and pharmacy facilities available

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Total anticipated income of $270k+ between base salary and production bonus

    • Sign-on and relocation bonuses offered

  • Comprehensive benefits package including student loan repayment options

    • Annual CME reimbursement of $3,500

  • Enjoy 20 days of PTO plus 9 holidays and sick days
  • Visa candidates are welcomed, with the practice covering lawyer costs and process fees
