The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations across the company's facilities, equipment, and field assets. This position ensures reliability, safety, and efficiency of mechanical systems, tools, and heavy equipment used in industrial construction projects. The Maintenance Manager develops and implements preventive maintenance programs, manages maintenance personnel, and coordinates with project management to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

• Lead and manage maintenance teams responsible for equipment repair, calibration, and upkeep.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all heavy machinery, vehicles, and plant equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, vendor contracts, and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
• Review and approve maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection reports.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify opportunities for cost savings and increased efficiency.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on equipment safety, troubleshooting, and best practices for maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades and capital improvement projects.
• Manage emergency repair response and ensure critical systems are operational.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of heavy industrial equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and plant utilities.
• Experience developing and implementing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety and environmental regulations.

Licenses : Valid driver’s license.

Work Environment :

Exposure to machinery, tools, and equipment.

May require work during off-hours or weekends for emergency repairs.

Travel Required :

50-75%
