As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment at a bustling retail or mall location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. Exceptional customer service and communication are at the heart of this position, as you will interact with visitors, tenants, and staff to address concerns and provide assistance. This role may involve patrolling on foot and / or by bicycle, offering a dynamic and engaging workday. Job Schedule : DayTime Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
