The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Description We are looking for a Licensed Sales Agent to join our team in our Tennesse offices. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. Please note : This is not a remote position. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment. Compensation : Training salary : $55,000-$65,000 $1,000 professional start bonus Total first-year compensation typically ranges from $55,000-$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions) Top performers have the potential to earn $100,000+ in their first year Build a career for yourself, not by yourself.
