Join the growing team of physicians with Banner Health. Excellent employed opportunity to step into an existing practice with experienced Sleep Medicine physicians based out of Northern Colorado .

Practice Details :

• BC / BE Sleep Medicine
• Licensed in Colorado, or qualified to obtain
• Credentialed in Wyoming (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Certification in Inspire Sleep Therapy a plus!
• Outpatient practice with mixture of patient care and sleep study reading
• Ambulatory only, no Critical Care or ICU requirements
• Mon- Fri (8am - 5pm) No weekends
• Desire to grow and develop a state-of-the-art sleep delivery program including Tele-Sleep
• Sleep Medicine Directorship opportunity in the future
