Fullstack Engineer

A company is looking for a Fullstack Engineer, Buyer Growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale critical growth initiatives such as onboarding flows and referral systems

Design and own end-to-end systems impacting millions of users, ensuring reliability and scalability

Work across product, marketing, and data science to identify growth opportunities and iterate on experiments

Required Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience in high growth tech companies

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

Strong foundation in backend and frontend development

Ability to take ownership of ambiguous areas and drive impact

Preferred : Experience in E-commerce or Social products and familiarity with growth engineering strategies
