Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Clinic

Location : Bellevue, Washington

Pay : $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

    • Your Role :

  • Assess, diagnose, screen, and provide treatment for a variety of developmental needs
  • Work with populations including Autism (ASD), ADHD, learning disorders, AAC users, motor speech and articulation disorders, and developmental delays
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner (SOAP notes, progress reports, initial evaluations, and re-evaluations)
  • Implement evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming treatment approaches, including sensory-based and strengths-based strategies
  • Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, BCBAs, psychologists, and other professionals for a whole-child approach
  • Modify environments and activities to support skill development
  • Provide education and support to parents and families
  • Practice cultural responsiveness when treatment planning for diverse populations

    • Education & Experience :

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License
  • 1–3 years of pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
