Pay : $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

Assess, diagnose, screen, and provide treatment for a variety of developmental needsWork with populations including Autism (ASD), ADHD, learning disorders, AAC users, motor speech and articulation disorders, and developmental delaysComplete documentation in a timely manner (SOAP notes, progress reports, initial evaluations, and re-evaluations)Implement evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming treatment approaches, including sensory-based and strengths-based strategiesCollaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, BCBAs, psychologists, and other professionals for a whole-child approachModify environments and activities to support skill developmentProvide education and support to parents and familiesPractice cultural responsiveness when treatment planning for diverse populationsEducation & Experience :
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programCurrent Washington State Occupational Therapy License1–3 years of pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to applyIf you’re ready to reconnect with the heart of why you chose this profession, we’d love to meet you.
