Our Towson office is looking for a Project Coordinator who embodies this purpose.

As a Project Coordinator, you will :

• Dive into supporting an energetic engineering team and our projects through coordination of logistics, while acting as a liaison to our clients
• Have a hand in almost every aspect of our projects from start to finish including research, report compilation, submittal preparation, permit application filing, and invoicing
• Be a partner to project leadership by providing administrative support with documentation, correspondence, meeting preparation, and expense reports
• Partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards YOUR vision

5+ years' of administrative support experience, preferably supporting project-based work in a professional services environment

The ability to learn quickly, a self-starter mentality, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic

High School Diploma or GED required, Associates / Bachelor's degree a plus

A passion for providing an outstanding client and team experience

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company
