EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise both center-based and home-based ABA services. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plansConduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as neededSupervise and mentor RBTs and support high-quality service deliveryCollaborate with families and multidisciplinary providersParticipate in team meetings and contribute to program developmentEnsure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-makingQualifications :
Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure13 years of ABA experience (preferred)Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teamsStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsCommitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered careThis is a remote position.
