Implementation Lead

A company is looking for an Implementation Lead (FDE).

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding for Distributor Partners, managing delivery from kickoff to go-live

Turn complex requirements into actionable plans and drive measurable progress through execution cycles

Ensure post-launch adoption of the platform and transition stable accounts to the Support team

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, ERP implementation, or technical project management

Familiarity with ERPs such as Aspen, Entree, AFS, or NetSuite

Experience in stakeholder management across various organizational levels

Ability to manage complex projects and communicate technical issues clearly

Bonus : Experience in food distribution, supply chain, or consulting
