Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Carpenter to join our team. This role requires proficiency in traditional carpentry, coupled with the flexibility to undertake a variety of construction tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to diverse project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carpentry & Framing : Construct and install wooden structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and staircases. Perform finish carpentry, including framing, trim work, and cabinetry.
  • Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to accurately execute project plans and specifications.
  • Material Handling : Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise dimensions. Select and source appropriate materials for various tasks.
  • Site Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Report any hazardous conditions to the supervisor promptly.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Ability to perform a variety of construction tasks beyond carpentry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle construction tasks.

    • Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM (flexible based on project needs).
  • Occasional weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
