Responsibilities
Designing and develop extensible enterprise grade software (30-50% development)Establishing and promoting best practices and patterns in software developmentIdentifying opportunities to create reusable componentsCreating and enforcing architecture standardsMentoring and leading developersEstimating and delegating tasks for larger projectsAssisting in setting the roadmap for the future technology stackCollaborating with other architects, developers and business clients to develop enterprise-grade softwareQualifications
Must Have Qualifications :
Computer-related degree or equivalent12+ years of experience in Software Development (.NET stack required)5+ years of experience using web-based technologies (ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS)Relational database experience (SQL, Oracle)Experience developing enterprise grade software with MVCAbility to work with limited guidance in a team environmentExperience establishing coding standardsCommunicate complex technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable wayExperience with UML, BPMN, or other diagraming standardsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicComfortable in a fast-moving environmentAbility to multitask and adaptPositive attitude and willingness to learn100% Onsite full-time attendance in Pontiac, MI required.Nice to Have Qualifications :
Extensive experience with database designExperience in the mortgage industryExperience in an agile environmentIntimate understanding of SOLID principlesFamiliarity with domain-driven design, CQRS, and event-sourcing
