Responsibilities As The Director Of Human Resources :

• Oversee human capital operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, to foster a high-performance culture
• Ensure compliance with federal and state HR regulations, including workers' compensation, OSHA, and FMLA requirements, in healthcare or innovative sectors
• Develop and implement human capital policies tailored to our organization's growth and innovation goals
• Collaborating with talent acquisition to recruit and onboard highly qualified team members.
• Manage employee performance and disciplinary matters, ensuring alignment with organizational values and objectives

Work Schedule

Our administrative team works from 7 : 30am to 4 or 8am to 4 : 30 each day and takes two short breaks and one lunch break.
