Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant at Pediatric Associates of Watertown PC. The Physician Assistant will work closely with our team of pediatricians to provide comprehensive medical care to our young patients. Daily tasks will include conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and providing patient education. The Physician Assistant will also assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physician Assistant license
• Previous experience in a pediatric setting
• Strong knowledge of pediatric medicine and best practices
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong commitment to patient care and wellness
• Ability to build rapport with pediatric patients and their families
