We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Real Estate department in our Minneapolis, MN office. This position offers a hybrid work-location schedule, allowing employees to work from both the office and home. Key Responsibilities Include :

• Review title and survey for sale and purchase transactions, as well as financing transactions.
• Prepare documents to cure title defects.
• Prepare drafts of various real estate documents, such as leases, purchase agreements, easement agreements, and various other real estate documents
• Manage and close real estate sale and purchase transactions and financing transactions.
• Interface with title companies, negotiating terms as necessary.
• Draft conveyance documents and related real estate documents.
• Manage due diligence for sale, purchase, and financing transactions.
• Prepare mechanic's lien statements and handle various types of Torrens proceedings. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have :
• At least five years of real estate paralegal experience; outstanding candidates with less experience will be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse and busy workload.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A solid understanding of real estate law and core real estate documents and concepts, and experience with title reviews, due diligence, and closings.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Benefits :

The salary range for this position varies by geographic market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $67,000 - $98,700 / year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
