Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health position in Iowa requiring at least two years of recent home health RN experience and a current IA or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Provide care in a home health setting

Patient population consists of adult and geriatric patients in their homes

Use of Epic EMR is required

Must have completed at least one previous travel RN contract

Duties include case management and providing direct patient care in home settings

Opportunity for same day interviews

Seasonal holiday coverage is required; must work two of the three major winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving)

Only one day of time off is allowed between 11 / 26 / 25-11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25-1 / 2 / 26

Prior employment with the client within the last 12 months may affect eligibility

Requirements

Active RN license in Iowa or a compact RN license is required at the time of consideration

Minimum of 2 years recent home health RN experience required

Current BLS certification from AHA is mandatory

All certifications must be active at the time of consideration

Experience with Epic EMR preferred

One supervisory reference from within the last two years of employment or contract is required
