Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm is looking for an I T Audit Manager to join their growing team in Tampa

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in office.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• The IT Audit Manager will act as auditor in charge, responsible for leading and managing a diverse range of IT Audit Projects.
• Manage a team of auditors on various projects, providing them with training, coaching, support and mentorship, taking ownership for their professional development.
• Manage and cultivate strong relationships with senior management, auditees, and business partners.
• Lead all phases of complex IT audits including writing and clearing audit reports, communicating with auditees, in accordance with report issuance guidelines.
• Manage full audit lifecycle and communicate any potential exceptions in meeting timelines or budgets.
• Perform annual risk-based planning.
• Execute and manage continuous monitoring testing and coordinate the development of new tests.
• Identify issues and root causes and analyze and assess their impact while identifying emerging risks.
• Perform and / or review validation of issues and remediating actions.
• Demonstrate strong compliance with company policies & practices, through good QA results and strong performance within standards and related metrics.
• Work with Audit leadership and Audit Practice team to improve and enhance internal policies and procedures.
