Our marketing is proven, our client base is strong, and our reputation speaks for itself.
In addition to base salary, we provide bonus incentives for bringing in new clients. Bonuses are calculated and distributed every two weeks through payroll.
About the Role
This is not a traditional law firm role. This position is more than intake - it’s leadership, strategy, and sales at the highest level. You’ll bring structure, energy, coaching, and proven sales strategies to a group of high-performing professionals, pushing them to exceed expectations in client conversions. You’ll periodically travel between our Temecula, Orange County, and San Diego offices, training teams, running quality checks, and reporting directly to the founding partners. This position is based at our San Diego headquarters.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct consultations, build rapport, and convert leads into clients
- Strategically pair clients with attorneys best suited to their needs
- Lead and train intake teams across multiple offices
- Perform quality control and ensure service standards are met
- Serve as a direct report to the founding partners
Who You Are
A sales-driven attorney with proven closing abilityExperienced in management / leadership, with a knack for training and motivating teamsCreative, proactive, and strategic in finding new ways to increase conversionsPolished, professional, and comfortable working with high-net-worth clienteleCalifornia Bar licenseBilingual (English / Spanish) preferredResponsibilities
Coach attorneys on intake strategy, sales techniques, and client conversionsDevelop scripts, roleplays, and systems to improve close ratesTrack KPIs and hold attorneys accountable to performance goalsConduct weekly team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coachingProvide real-time feedback during consultations and callsReport directly to founding partners with metrics, progress, and strategy updatesIdeal Candidate
