    We are looking for a visionary Vice President of Partnerships Management to lead a dynamic team dedicated to fostering strong relationships with our partners. In this pivotal role, you will not only shape client engagement strategies but also drive innovative solutions that maximize partner value. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Establishing and implementing best practices in client management to optimize partner success.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of partnership executives to advocate effectively for Portfolio Partners.
  • Developing and nurturing C-suite relationships to enhance partner integration and growth.
  • Setting ambitious annual revenue targets and spearheading initiatives to achieve them.
  • Representing the Portfolio Partnerships discipline across the organization, influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Providing executive support on tactical matters to enhance operational efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate will possess :

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in venue, property, agency, or rights holder sponsorship management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • A strong track record in partnerships and business development.
  • The ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment with a high level of initiative.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
