With 24 dealerships, 13 collision centers, and 19 automotive brands across the Delmarva Peninsula, we've been proudly serving our community for over three generations. What You'll Do : As an Auto Sales Consultant , you'll play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle and ensuring they have an outstanding experience. You'll work with a team of dedicated professionals, supporting customers through every step of the auto-buying process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Communicate the unique value of Hertrich's offerings to potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicles to meet those needs
  • Conduct test drives and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles
  • Build relationships and provide a personalized buying experience
  • Maximize profitability with each sale while delivering customer satisfaction
  • Complete paperwork and ensure accurate computer entries
  • Follow up with new and returning customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • A self-motivated and goal-driven attitude
  • A passion for helping customers find the right vehicle
  • Excellent listening, speaking, and computer skills
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A valid driver's license with minimal points
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a smile every day
