Position
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and
experienced sales leader with a background tied to the Asphalt
market and the ability to drive our connected services portfolio.
This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the expansion and
development of our market presence in the asphalt industry while
growing the install base of Thermal IQ and other connected products
to jumpstart our SAAS business. The ideal candidate will possess a
deep knowledge of the asphalt market and our connected strategy,
exceptional strategic thinking, and a proven track record of
achieving growth targets.
The salary range for
this position is ($90000-140000). The actual base salary offer will
depend on a variety of factors including experience, education,
geography and other relevant factors.
The

Analysis : Conduct thorough analysis of the asphalt and SAAS market
trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify
opportunities for growth.
Strategy Development :
Develop and implement comprehensive market growth strategies that
align with the company's objectives.
Business
Development : Lead initiatives to attract new clients and expand
relationships with existing clients, focusing on increasing market
share and revenue.
Product Innovation :
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that our
offerings meet the evolving needs of the
market.
Sales Leadership : Provide guidance and
support to the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive market
penetration.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build and
maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders,
including suppliers, customers, and regulatory
bodies.
Performance Monitoring : Establish KPIs
and monitor the performance of growth strategies, adjusting plans
as necessary to ensure success.
Reporting :
Prepare and present detailed reports on market growth initiatives,
performance metrics, and future opportunities to senior
management.
Travel : This role requires a

Qualifications
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
discipline
Experience : Minimum of 7 years of
experience in the industrial combustion market, with a focus on
market development and growth.
Skills : Strong
analytical skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication and
presentation abilities, and proficiency in market analysis
tools.
Leadership : Demonstrated leadership
capabilities with experience in coordinating teams and driving
successful growth initiatives.
Networking :
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships within
the industry.
Adaptability : Flexibility to
navigate a rapidly changing market environment and adjust
strategies
accordingly.
