Salary : $60,000-$72,000

Position Details :  Inpatient Registered Dietitian with a strong focus in oncology nutrition therapy and malnutrition identification among hospitalized patients. RD to support comprehensive nutritional assessments and early identification of malnutrition among oncology inpatients. This role emphasizes collaboration with the medical team to implement timely and evidence-based medical nutrition therapy, including enteral and parenteral interventions, and ensuring thorough documentation throughout the Nutrition Care Process.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian (FT Hours) to join our Nutrition Team in an acute care medical center in Fort Smith, AR.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provides medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient population
• Follows all guidelines as outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual
• Complies with all regulatory standards to include federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies
• Trains and mentors patient services staff and interns as applicable
• Participates in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement programs
