General Manager

Papa Murphy's Pizza is currently seeking a General Manager for immediate hire. If you are the leader that others want to follow and you enjoy satisfying customer needs by delivering a high quality product in a fast-paced environment, you need to contact us! Responsibilities :

Responsible for the running of the store
Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
Must set the example
Must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew

Requirements :

Must have 1-2 years management experience

Must have quick service restaurant experience

Must have attention to detail on food quality

Must be able to work in a fast-paced friendly environment

Must have good customer service skills

Must have good communication skills

Must display maturity, patience and good people skills

Benefits :

$50,000 - $62,000 per year salaried position, dependent upon experience

Eligible for additional $1,500 per month bonus by hitting Key Performance Indicators
