(USA) Technician, Low Voltage

Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of multiple facilities. An individual in this role will perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned.

What you'll do

• Set up and configure various low voltage systems (e.g., security, fire alarms, CCTV, audio / video, network cabling).
• Run, terminate, and label cables according to project requirements and industry standards.
• Perform regular maintenance checks, identify and resolve issues promptly, and restore systems to optimal condition.
• Provide technical support and training to end users; address inquiries professionally.
• Ensure installations and repairs comply with regulations and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records, generate reports, and evaluate systems for upgrades or enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
• Lead and participate in teams, sharing resources and ensuring work quality.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs.
• Support compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Physical Activities

Travel

Travel is necessary to perform duties, including domestic travel to multiple facilities, with no extended stays required.
