Part-Time Afternoons | Monday–Friday, 3 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM

We’re seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client in the 23454 area of Virginia Beach . What You’ll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the family’s home (Virginia Beach 23454 area)

Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans created by a supervising BCBA

Collect and record session data accurately using easy-to-use digital tools

Collaborate with BCBAs, fellow RBTs, and the clinical team

Build supportive, professional relationships with the child and their family

What You’ll Need

Active RBT certification (required)

1+ year of ABA therapy experience preferred (not required)

Passion for helping children with autism thrive

Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistency

Professional communicator with families and supervisors
