Principal Cloud Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Cloud Platform Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure and automate deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects and teams of cloud engineers to build and support cloud-based environments

Establish CI / CD deployment standards and implement monitoring solutions for cloud environments

Serve as a technical adviser and mentor, ensuring the execution of capacity plans and cloud application deployments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)

6 - 8 years of related experience or equivalent experience in cloud technologies

Deep knowledge of cloud virtualization and compute technologies, including AWS EC2 & Lambda, and Kubernetes

Experience in system engineering and cloud infrastructure management

Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and cloud application development
