Position Overview

At neurocare group america, we are seeking a Website & SEO Manager to take ownership of our websites across both our clinic network and national sales initiatives. This role is heavily website-focused — responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our WordPress and HubSpot sites, while also executing SEO strategies that improve visibility and performance. You’ll handle everything from new page development to plugin management and integrations, ensuring our digital platforms are reliable, secure, and optimized for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management (Primary Focus)

  • Manage and maintain multiple websites (WordPress and HubSpot).
  • Develop and launch new pages, landing pages, and microsites.
  • Customize and implement themes, templates, and modules.
  • Ensure websites are secure, fast-loading, mobile-friendly, and accessible.
  • Manage plugins, troubleshoot issues, and perform updates.
  • Handle API integrations with CRMs, forms, analytics, and other third-party tools.

SEO Execution (Supporting Focus)

  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to new and existing pages.
  • Optimize on-page SEO (metadata, headings, internal linking, site structure).
  • Monitor site performance with Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Provide SEO and web performance reports with actionable insights.

    • Analytics & Reporting

  • Own Google Analytics dashboards and reporting to track website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance.
  • Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate analytics into marketing strategy improvements.

    • Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in website management, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CMS platforms (WordPress and HubSpot required).
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-location, or sales-driven businesses is a plus.
  • Proven attention to detail and compliance with established policies and procedures (we need to provide these)
