Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in grades 4 through 8 during a maternity leave assignment. The role is a temporary contract focused on delivering pull-out speech therapy services in an elementary and middle school setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload of 20-25 students.
  • Conduct direct pull-out sessions tailored to students' specific needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to monitor student progress.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology Certification (CCC) required.
  • Experience working with elementary and middle school students, particularly grades 4-8.
  • Ability to design and implement effective speech therapy plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Location and Schedule :

  • Position is located in Bullard, TX.
  • Work hours are approximately 5 hours per day, 2 days per week.
  • Contract duration covers the maternity leave from August through September.
