We are seeking a talented Senior Mobile Software Engineer to lead the development and enhancement of a high-impact mobile application used by thousands of real estate professionals worldwide. In this role, you will focus on building performant, reliable, and offline-capable features in React Native, tackling challenges like media-heavy workflows, multilingual support, and AI-driven automation. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship new functionality quickly while maintaining excellent code quality. This position offers ownership over the mobile experience, exposure to cutting-edge AI workflows, and the opportunity to directly impact how field teams conduct inspections globally. The role is fully remote and emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and hands-on development.

Accountabilities

As a Senior Mobile Software Engineer, you will :

  • Build, maintain, and optimize core features in the React Native mobile app for Android and iOS.
  • Improve offline capabilities, data synchronization, and reliability in low-connectivity environments.
  • Integrate media workflows, including camera, audio, and file storage, ensuring smooth UX for field users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, design, and backend—to deliver fast and reliable features.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous performance improvements.
  • Contribute to mobile architecture decisions, state management, and app scalability.
  • Address edge cases, background tasks, and real-world field challenges in the application.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have :

  • 5+ years of mobile development experience, including at least 2 years with React Native.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and offline-first design.
  • Experience with native modules for iOS and Android, including camera access and media capture.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
  • Comfortable integrating APIs, managing local storage, and implementing mobile testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with JavaScript, native iOS / Android development, or AI / voice-enabled interfaces.
  • Background in startup or product-led environments.
  • Built applications supporting large-scale media uploads or offline-first workflows.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and multilingual user interfaces.
