WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM , with opportunities for overtime and on-call assignments. Technicians dispatch directly from their homes to job sites each day and are only required to report to the central office for Tuesday meetings.

As an HVAC Tech at Pioneer Valley Environmental, you will begin your day from home, traveling directly to assigned job sites. You will perform maintenance and service on HVAC and AC systems (oil, gas / NP), identify failing parts, and conduct combustion analysis readings to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently. Additionally, you will prepare detailed estimates for recommended services and maintain clear, professional communication with customers. This role provides a dynamic and rewarding environment where your technical expertise will make a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
