Key Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple interconnected business processes, including sales pipeline tracking and invoicing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and implement strategic initiatives
Work independently with an analytical mindset to achieve project goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in professional services or financial operations
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required
1-2 years experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
Experience with professional services agreements and billing for professional services is a plus
Proficient with numbers and advanced Excel skills
