The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a local presence for on-site collaboration as well as remote flexibility.

Responsibilities Design and produce event graphics, signage, and promotional materials tailored to each event’s theme and objectives

Collaborate with event planners and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative visual solutions

Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and event requirements

Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

Participate in on-site event setup and provide design support as needed

Skills and Requirements Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the events or hospitality industry

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
