Sonographer - Diagnostic - (Sonography - Sono)

Available Shifts : 8 D / E / N

Pay Rate : $2446.24 - $2680.45

Sono-Diagnostic needed asap

Performs ultrasonic diagnostic procedures in accordance with accepted protocols as directed by physicians. Produces images of internal body tissues in order to diagnose and monitor a variety of conditions such as heart disease, pregnancy and cancer. Supervises and mentors ultrasound students. Maintains equipment. This position is represented by OFNHP.

Bachelor's Degree in radiological technology or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's) : Preferred

Certificate or diploma from approved ultrasound school : Required

Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification in Abdomen (AB), Obstetrics (OB) or Vascular (RVT); or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS); or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Sonography (S) or (VS) : : Required

American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or CCI Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI RVS) or ARRT-Sonography (ARRT-S) or ARRT-Vascular Sonography (ARRT-VS) : Required
