Edge Sports Global LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable Zamboni Driver to join our rink operations team in our Boston Sports Institute location in Wellesley Massachusetts. This hands-on role includes driving the Zamboni for ice resurfacing as well as performing all standard janitorial and maintenance tasks to keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming. If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and take pride in contributing to a well-run community facility, this position is for you. Edge Sports Global will provide training for qualified applicants to learn the Zamboni operation safely and effectively. Key responsibilities of a Zamboni Driver with Edge Sports Global include :

• Operating the Zamboni to resurface ice between sessions (training provided)
• Performing all janitorial duties including :
• Cleaning locker rooms, restrooms, bleachers, and lobbies
• Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Maintaining general cleanliness and sanitation of the arena
• Assisting with rink setup and breakdown :
• Moving nets, benches, and rink equipment as needed
• Preparing the ice surface with edging and patching
• Supporting other operational duties :
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning and facility supplies
• Emptying and refilling Zamboni snow bins and water tanks
• Conducting minor maintenance and reporting facility issues
• Providing excellent customer service :
• Greeting and assisting guests with professionalism
• Responding to questions and helping maintain a positive arena experience
• Acting as a helpful and visible presence on shift
• Following all safety procedures and guidelines for equipment and facility use
