Telecommunication Quality Specialist Lead

IES is in need of "Crew Leads" to serve as liaison's between their PMs and the techs doing the actual "work" onsite at the Data Center build site in Montgomery. They expect another wave of hiring to begin over the next couple of months, but they currently have a lack of leadership available because the PMs that they have in place right now are spread too thin, so they need to bring in Crew Leads to help be the go betweens to help get things done more efficiently.

The set up will be Superintendents (people like Dillon) who are running multiple departments / disciplines ->

PMs (like James Jones) who lead multiple crews ->

Crew Leads (people we will be hiring) who will lead the techs ->

Level 1 and 2 techs who do the execution work.

This req is for 2 Quality Specialist Crew Leads. In other locations, they typically pull people who have been onsite

and in the industry for a while who have the desire to go into a quality role, but they don't really have people in the Montgomery location who they can just pull so we need to find local talent, or even relo people if we have to for these roles. These people are responsible for creating and going over checklists before rooms are turned over, doing walk throughs with the customers and doing the check work. They are in the field 90% of the time and they have to make sure that everything is installed correctly. They need to have experience reading spec sheets and know the industry because they don't have time to train these people. BICSI certs would be super helpful here.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00 / hr.
