About the Role

At UG Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic team pushing the boundaries of UAS technologies and tactical operations. UG Solutions is seeking highly skilled and experienced Unmanned Aerial System Operators ("UASO") to join our elite team. This role demands advanced proficiency in tactical mission execution, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance ("ISR"), and a real-time battlefield awareness.

As a UASO, you will pilot a range of sophisticated platforms in dynamic and high-stakes environments. Your job will focus on familiarity with drones and willingness to learn with a need for some experience in non-permissive environments. Our work directly impacts global security, humanitarian efforts, and mission success in some of the world's most challenging environments.
