• 24-hour call coverage, 7am - 7am with rounding
• 10 - 15 patients on average per day
• Cardiovascular surgery both thoracic and cardiac required
• Primarily inpatient surgical coverage for ED and referred elective cases
• Approximately 100 cardiac cases annually
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
