- Manage reservations
- Full knowledge of drink and food menu allowing for upsetting and pairing
Skills
Proven experience in managing full service restaurantExcellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.Experience in training & development of staff members for skill enhancement.Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Background in restaurant management or hospitality management is preferred.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
