Consistently uphold company policies and procedures. 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a pricing, logistics, or sales support role. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Basic analytical skills preferred. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to quickly analyze scenarios and utilize available resources to provide solutions. Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently. Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Job Description
SUMMARY
The Pricing Coordinator provides critical administrative and analytical support to the Pricing and Sales departments. Key responsibilities include quoting, updating and maintaining tariffs, publishing accepted rates in tariffs and contracts, generating weekly reports, and performing various clerical and support duties as needed
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Edit and maintain contracts and tariffs in compliance with Surface Transportation Board (STB) and Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) regulations.
- Review and prepare rate quotes as requested by internal departments and customers.
- Generate and distribute reports for multiple departments.
- File, organize, and maintain tariff filings.
- Copy, distribute, and electronically archive Pricing documents.
