Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way service model. Manages and supports customer service initiatives ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved. Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating Profit Loss statements. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing associate recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
