New York Licensed Personal Lines Manager

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Senior Client Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume book of Personal Lines Insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate task completion

Build positive client relationships to enhance loyalty and provide excellent service

Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies while maintaining market knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

3-7 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience required

Property & Casualty License required

Valid driver's license and insurance required

Experience with agency management software preferred
